Scolari moves in

Scolari was appointed to the Chelsea board of directors filling the seat left empty by Avram Grant who was first appointed to the board as a director of football.  So what does this mean in practical terms?  Well it means that he should not have to worry about the club installing a director of football and will now likely enjoy more control in regards to transfers.  It would appears the Bruce Buck is going to follow his own advice he tried to dish out to other clubs this week.
