Mikel Obi Court Action

The club have issued a claim at the high court in relation to his transfer in 2006.  They have filed against FC Lyn Oslo and Morgen Andersen, and comes after the criminal conviction in Norway of Lyn's former chief executive officer Morgan Andersen.  It has become clear the player had no contract with Lyn so the club are claiming for the whole of his 16 million pound transfer fee.
